Introduction
Electric air furnace is mainly used to heat the air in air duct, which can be classified as low-temperature furnace, medium-temperature furnace and high-temperature furnace. What is common in the configuration is that steel plates are used to support the electrothermal tubes and the overtemperature control device is installed in the junction box. Besides, draught fan and electric heater are connected by a control device that can make sure that the heater only begin working after the start of draught fan. Differential pressure devices are installed on both sides of heaters in case of the breakdown of draught fan. Generally, the pressure of heated air should not exceed 0.3Kg/cm2. If needed, customers should use circulating electric heater. The highest heating temperature for the above three kinds of furnaces is respectively 160℃,260℃ and 500℃.

Also electric air furnaces are largely needed by the laboratories in colleges and research institutes, which are especially for the experiment of united system and accessories with automatic temperature control and high-temperature mass flow.
